1. About GoodLivin Logistics, Inc.
GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. is a healthcare logistics and courier company providing reliable, HIPAA-compliant medical courier services to hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare professionals throughout the Southeast United States and nationwide. Our services include medical courier delivery, laboratory specimen transport, pharmaceutical delivery, STAT and on-demand courier, and airport and secure logistics.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the customer ("you" or "Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
These Terms apply to all clients, healthcare partners, and individuals who interact with GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. through our website, forms, phone, or dispatch communications.
3. Services Provided
GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. provides courier and logistics services specializing in the transportation of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, equipment, laboratory specimens, documents, and other healthcare-related items. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Medical courier delivery to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and labs
- Laboratory specimen transport with strict chain-of-custody handling
- Pharmaceutical delivery to healthcare and pharmacy locations
- STAT and on-demand courier for urgent transport needs
- Airport and secure logistics for time-critical cargo
- Scheduled routes and recurring delivery programs
4. Eligibility
To use our services, clients must be:
- Authorized representatives of a legal entity such as a hospital, clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, or home health agency
- At least 18 years of age
- In compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing healthcare logistics and courier services
5. Compliance & Safety
By using our services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, CDC guidelines, and applicable state transportation laws
- Properly label and package all medical items in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards
- Notify GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. of any hazardous or biohazardous materials prior to pickup
- Provide all documentation required for legal transport including chain-of-custody forms, MSDS, and specimen handling instructions
GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. reserves the right to refuse transport of any item that is improperly packaged, unlabeled, or presents a risk to the safety of our couriers or the public.
6. Delivery Terms
- Pickup & Dropoff Times: We strive to meet requested times but do not guarantee specific delivery windows unless expressly agreed upon in a written service contract.
- Delays & Incidents: GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, severe weather, traffic conditions, accidents, or inaccurate pickup or delivery information provided by the client.
- Proof of Delivery: Signatures, timestamps, photographic evidence, or electronic confirmation may be used as proof of successful delivery.
- Chain of Custody: For specimen and pharmaceutical deliveries, chain-of-custody protocols are strictly followed and documentation will be maintained throughout the transport process.
7. Pricing & Payment
- Rates: Pricing is based on factors including distance, urgency, service type, and weight or volume of items transported.
- Billing: Clients are invoiced upon service completion or on an agreed billing cycle. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
- Late Payments: A late fee of 1.5% per month may be assessed on overdue balances.
- Disputes: Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Disputes submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service agreement. GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. does not store payment information directly on its website.
8. Liability & Insurance
- Limitation of Liability: GoodLivin Logistics, Inc.'s liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement. Declared value coverage may be available upon request.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from improper packaging by the sender, delays beyond our control, or perishable goods unless special handling has been agreed upon in writing.
- Insurance: Clients may request additional coverage options at the time of service agreement.
9. HIPAA & Data Protection
GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All couriers and staff are trained in HIPAA compliance and Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) protocols prior to activation.
Any PHI encountered during the course of a delivery is handled solely for the purpose of fulfilling that delivery and is not disclosed, shared, or retained beyond what is necessary to complete the service.
10. Client Responsibilities
As a client of GoodLivin Logistics, Inc., you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, and special handling instructions
- Properly package and label all items prior to courier pickup
- Ensure accessibility at pickup and delivery locations during the scheduled window
- Notify GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. immediately of any changes to an existing service request
- Report any discrepancies, losses, or damages promptly following delivery
11. SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your phone number through our website forms or during service engagement, you consent to receive SMS text messages from GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. for service-related communications including:
- Delivery status updates, pickup confirmations, and tracking notifications
- Dispatch instructions, route updates, and operational alerts for drivers
- Billing reminders and service-related follow-up
- Urgent operational notices and time-sensitive logistics communication
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on active service requests and dispatch operations.
Standard Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier's pricing plan.
Opt-In: You may opt in to SMS communications by submitting a form on our website, verbally during a service call, or through a written service agreement.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You may also contact us directly at operations@goodlivinlogistics.com to manage your communication preferences.

Phone numbers collected for SMS communication will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
12. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before a scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for delayed or failed deliveries are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of GoodLivin Logistics, Inc.
- Clients must report delivery issues within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for review.
13. Independent Contractor Status
Drivers and couriers engaged by GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. operate as independent contractors (1099) and are not employees of the Company. GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. is not liable for the personal conduct of independent contractors outside the direct scope of an active delivery service.
All contractors are required to hold valid TWIC credentials, current HIPAA certification, and current Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) certification prior to activation.
14. Termination of Service
GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any client or contractor for the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Non-payment or repeated late payment
- Conduct that presents a risk to the safety, compliance, or reputation of GoodLivin Logistics, Inc.
- Violation of HIPAA, OSHA, or applicable federal and state regulations
15. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are rendered.
- Informal Resolution: We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any disputes before pursuing formal action.
- Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the state in which services were rendered.
16. Modifications
GoodLivin Logistics, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, operational practices, or service offerings. Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
